Welcome to Springer Loaded Canine Fitness.
I'm starting to take bookings for FitPAWs (fitness sessions for dogs). It will at my doggie gym in Bozeat, Northamptonshire.
PLEASE NOTE: Your dog will need to be injury free and signed off by vets if previously diagnosed. This is suitable for puppies (low impact at this stage), adult pets for fun, agility dogs (other sports) or older dogs.
OPTION 1: Fitness Classes - Block 6 Weeks
6 x weekly block classes (up to hour each, can be weekly or alternate weeks)
Either 1-2-1 or maximum 2 people (but only if dogs are happy in same room as another.
Assessment (Gait, ROM)
Foundation exericises (Without equipment inc. Down to Stand, Give Paw, Spin, Target
Advice on exercising using correct form
Warm up / Cool Down exercises
Fun exercices using balance equipment when ready (FitBone, Balance Disc, Balance Pad, Wobble board, Klimb, Step, Peanut, Cavaletti poles and more)
6 sessions for only £100 for 1 dog (discounts for multidog households)
OPTION 2: Personalised Fitness Program
1) 1st session (up to 2 hours)
a) Filled in brief history form
b) Evaluation form to look at dog's gait, range of motion, heart rate, weight distribution etc.
c) Assessment - what level of fitness they are currently at in terms of movement and balance.
2) I'll put a weekly fitness plan together to suit your lifestyle including balance, strength, flexibility, cardio and mental exercises that you can then carry out at home.
3) 2nd session (1 hour) to go though fitness plan and test equipment out.
All of this for only £100 (introductory price)
If after this, you would like to hire myself and my doggie gym to use equipment,
It would be only £25 per 30 min session.
Other class / 1-2-1 options available to suit your needs, please just ask.
Can do during weekday, some weekends, and some evenings.
